Keep the roller in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours before use. Begin with a freshly cleansed face, and gently roll upward and outward across the cheeks, jawline, forehead, and neck. Focus on areas prone to puffiness, such as under the eyes and around the temples. The cooling sensation helps reduce inflammation, energize the skin, and leave your complexion visibly refreshed and toned.
