KENZZI ICE IPL DEVICE — 3-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

If your KENZZI ICE IPL device becomes defective within 3 years from the original purchase date, you may qualify for a free replacement. Please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: DOCUMENT THE DEFECT

Take a clear video that visibly shows the defect.
Note: If the defect cannot be clearly seen in the video, your request may not qualify for a replacement.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Email info@kenzzi.com with the following:

• A copy of your purchase receipt

• A brief description of the defect

• The video clearly showing the issue

STEP 3: AWAIT APPROVAL

Once your request is reviewed, our Customer Care Team will determine eligibility and provide instructions on how to proceed with your replacement.
