KENZZI Salon Pro+ Hair Dryer – 2-Year Limited Warranty

This 2-Year Limited Warranty applies to all KENZZI Salon Pro+ Hair Dryers purchased worldwide from an authorised KENZZI reseller.
Warranty Coverage
KENZZI warrants that your Salon Pro+ Hair Dryer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for two (2) years from the original purchase date.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from an authorised KENZZI reseller. Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, grey-market vendors, liquidation channels, or second-hand marketplaces are not covered under this warranty.
USA Use Only
Your KENZZI Salon Pro+ Hair Dryer may be used In the United States.
Please follow all operating instructions, including voltage and charging guidelines, to ensure proper function and safety.
Warranty Service (USA Only)
While the product may be used globally, all warranty claims must be submitted and processed within the United States.
- Customers located outside the USA must ship the product to the designated U.S. service centre at their own expense.
- KENZZI will cover the cost of return shipping within the United States only.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, KENZZI will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased from an unauthorised KENZZI reseller
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
- Damage caused by using the product with an incorrect voltage or adapter
- Water damage or liquid exposure
- Damage from hair products, heat-protectant sprays, or chemical residues
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic fading or deterioration
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration
- Loss, theft, or damage during shipping to the service centre
- Unauthorized repairs, opening the device, or modifications
- Removal or alteration of serial numbers
- Commercial, salon, or professional use unless explicitly stated on the packaging
Attachments such as concentrators, diffusers, and filters are considered consumable accessories and are not covered under this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Provide valid proof of purchase from an authorised KENZZI reseller.
- Contact KENZZI Customer Support at info@kenzzi.com.
- Follow the return and troubleshooting instructions provided by our team.
- Ship the product to the designated U.S. service address.
Products sent without valid proof of purchase will not qualify for warranty service.
