AC Power Adaptor and Socket Type.
All IPL Handsets are shipped with an international variable AC power adaptor (100-240V) but with Type A (US) socket. Customers are advised to purchase a local destination adaptor for their socket type.

Handling
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days, during peak periods this can increase to within 4 business days. KENZZI is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. Shipping to P.O BOX sometimes may have a longer delivery time of up to 15 days.

KENZZI does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. KENZZI will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. KENZZI is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Local Destination Tax & Duties
KENZZI has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. KENZZI advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.
