IPL is a form of light therapy. It emits a series of different wavelengths that scatter within the skin reaching various depths. Depending on its use, it will provide the user with the desired results - whether that be reduction of blemishes, pigment, wrinkles or hair! It is a very versatile technology.

The Multi-functional IPL handset can adjust to different wavelengths to target different layers of the skin with adding a single attachment. These different wavelengths target various different skin conditions- Helping reduce acne, hair removal or age spot and skin rejuvenation. 

The Multi-functional IPL handset comes with three attachments that are added to the device for different self care treatments.


Anti Acne Lens : Helps reduce Acne by destroying the bacteria causing Acne.


Age Spot and Skin Rejuvenating Lens : Helps to stimulate the production of new collagen, to help  improve skin texture, color and reduce hyperpigmentation.


Hair Removal Lens : Helps remove unwanted hair from any part of the body by effectively targeting the roots of the hair follicle to reduce hair growth.

The Multi-function Lens attachments are only suitable for the new KENZZI IPL handset sold after 8th Nov 2021 and the Multifunction IPL handset. The lenses do not have the capability to be attached to the KENZZI IPL Hair removal handset sold prior to 8th Nov 202

The device has a magnetic flash window. Based on the treatment choice, the lens required is easily snapped over the flash window. 

There have been numerous worldwide studies that demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of IPL for hair removal. Due to this fact, it has become an extremely popular safe at home treatment. 

We always advise that you exercise caution when treating yourself as not everyone is suitable for IPL treatments.  Due to the level of melanin in the skin, some darker skin types will not be able to use IPL. The same applies if you have a recent tan. Additionally, we advise to check with your doctor first if you are taking medication that may make your skin sensitive to light. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL has a bright flash. 

Most customers begin to notice a reduction of hair after just 3-4 treatments, with complete results after 12 treatments. However, results vary from person to person.

Most IPL users face some discomfort akin to a rubber band being flicked.  However, comparative to other treatments offered, IPL is much more tolerable and very popular.

No, it isn't necessary to wear eye protection while using our handset.  Our handsets are fitted with a sensor and will not pulse and light unless the entire window is pressed against your skin. That being said you should never try and look directly into the light as it flashes. People with Epilepsy should not use this product as the IPL has a bright flash. 

You can use your handset on your entire body, including your Brazilian and face (just be sure to not get too close to your eyes)

Yes, you should shave the desired areas before using your Kenzzi handset.

Between treatments you should only shave when required. You should never wax, pluck, or epilate as these hair removal methods removes the entire root, which is what absorbs the light during the treatment.

IPL is suitable for all but the darkest skin tones. Refer to the skin tone chart below to see whether or not IPL is suitable for you. The Kenzzi is suitable for skin tones fair to warm tan. If you have a skin tone of warm tan, we do advise to only use on Intensity level 1 and start by patch testing the Kenzzi on Intensity level 1. Kenzzi advises for everyone to start on Intensity level 1 and to always patch test before starting your treatments and when changing intensity level.

Although there is no evidence showing that IPL has negative effects on pregnant or breastfeeding women, we still don’t recommend using our handset as a precaution.

You should not IPL over very dark freckles or moles, however light freckles are fine.

You should not IPL over tattoos. However, going around tattoos is fine.

If you have recently been tanning, we recommend waiting 2 weeks before using your handset. You should wait 48 hours to tan after using your handset. Artificial tan should not be on your skin while using your handset.

Our handsets come with a 12V power supply.


Yes, our handsets come with a 12-month warranty.

Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset in or around water.Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset near the eyes (use from the upper lip down).Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset if you are under the age of 16.Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset if you are menstruating, pregnant or lactating.You should not IPL over very dark freckles or moles, however light freckles are fine.Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset over tattoos.Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset on broken or burnt skin.Do not use the KENZZI IPL Handset over the same area more than 3 times in a single session.Never aim the the KENZZI IPL Handset light window at or near your eyes.

If you have been getting treatments at a laser clinic, you should wait 2 days before using the KENZZI IPL Handset as this may increase your risk of a reaction.

Remove any artificial tan before using the KENZZI IPL Handset. If you have been naturally tanning, you should wait 2 weeks before using the KENZZI IPL Handset. Wait 48 hours after using the KENZZI IPL Handset before tanning (including any artificial tanning).Consult your physician if you have any adverse reactions.

Pregnant and nursing mothers. People with eczema, psoriasis,lesions, open wounds or active infections (e.g., cold sores) in the intended treatment area should wait for the area to completely heal before using the handset. People with a history of keloid scar formation. People taking medication which make the skin more sensitive to light,including non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (N-SAIDs, e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen), tetracyclines, phenothiazines, thiazide,diuretics, sulfonylureas, sulfonamides, DTIC, fluorouracil, vinblastine, griseofulvin, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHAs),Retin-A, Accutane (isotretinoin) and/or topical retinoids. People with abnormal skin conditions caused by diabetes or other systemic or metabolic diseases. People who are currently using or have recently used Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHAs), Retin-A,topical retinoids or azelaic acid. People who have used Accutane (isotretinoin) in the past 6 months. People who have used steroids in the last three months. People with a history of herpes outbreaks (unless a physician has administered a preventative treatment). People with epilepsy. People with active implants, e.g., a pacemaker, incontinence device, insulin pump, etc. People with a photosensitivity-related disease, e.g., porphyria, polymorphic light eruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc. People with a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies. People who have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy within the last 3 months.

We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order! Please email our Customer Service team with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Once the order has been accepted on the website, most orders are dispatched within a few hours of receiving by our warehouse. Due to this it's almost impossible for us to change the address. We can try to change the address while the order is still processing but this is no guarantee that we will be able to. Most packages can be diverted once they are with the destination delivery  partner (For Eg. USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK) by calling them directly with your tracking number.

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbours and/or post office for more information in the meantime!


If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email our Customer Service team, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate this for you.

We do our very best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however once your order is transferred to the Local Shipping Provider, it may encounter delays during its journey to you. The same is true for orders determined to be undeliverable by the Local Shipping Provider and returned to our warehouse. 


Please note KENZZI is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our Shipping provider to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. 

For returned orders, please note that we will issue a full refund for your order once it is received at our Returns Department. We are unable to process a refund for a returned order until we physically receive the package. We apologize for any inconvenience


All returns are subject to our terms and conditions and will be approved as per our 90 day money back guarantee. We are unable to provide returns for change of mind or any other reason. For approved returns under 90 day Money back guarantee, we do not provide return shipping labels for these returns. All returns are the customer's responsibility. We suggest you purchase the track and trace option so that you can track it safely back to us. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged in transit, your refund will not be processed. Returns may take up to 5 working days to process from when we receive your parcel.

Once an order has been accepted, it may take 1-3 business days for it to be processed. Most orders are processed in 24 hours however this may take longer for example if complete address and contact details are not provided while ordering. Once processed, the order will then be picked up by our shipping partner and this is when the item is in shipping. Express delivery timeframes start only after it has been picked up by our shipping partner.
KENZZI has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges change from time to time and country to country depending on the policies at the time. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. KENZZI advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.

If your package shows delivered while tracking it but you haven't received it. We can dispute it for you. In order for us to do so, we will need a case number from the destination delivery partner (For Eg. USPS in the USA or Royal Mail in the UK). You can obtain one by calling them. This case number acts as an authorisation for us to dispute the delivery on your behalf as being the receiver the delivery can only be confirmed by you. Without this case number we are unable to dispute the delivery for you.

Microdermabrasion is a comfortable, non-invasive skin treatment. Treatments should never be painful or cause any unwanted side effects. The sensation can be compared to that of an exfoliating scrub combined with a light facial massage.
Microdermabrasion can be done as frequently as weekly or up to every 4-6 weeks depending on your skin's tolerance and desired cosmetic effects. Our Microdermabrasion handset can be very powerful as it has 5 levels of suction. We recommend levels 1-2 for the face.

  • Make sure the handset is properly plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Check if the power cord or adapter is damaged. If it appears damaged, do not use the device and consider replacing the cord.
